a collection of seven figurative abstract textile art by g roslie paying homage to desert’s natural inhabitants depicted as benevolent giants among men. evoking feelings both modern and primordial, playful, and reflective, each element of nature stands or hovers silently in witness and protection of its environment including us. each sewn work is made from flax linens naturally hand dyed for months by the artist to create hues that capture a sense of breath as each color originated from natural living organisms.
